It’d be pretty great if they leaned into it further and put a dusty old skeleton at one of the tables.
I like slow service as long as we aren’t talking hours and hours. I hate it when a place rushes you through to try to turn over the table in 20 minutes or whatever. If I just wanted to shovel food into my food hole I’d be eating at home.
