It’s not just ltt. Pretty much everyone I watch that talks about their metrics is complaining about the drop in views. Some also a loss in income.

Sadly, they likely heard it in the womb or in the case of the most recent will hear it before they are capable of performing the experiment.

I wish there was someone in the world who hadn’t heard the song before so we could test if hearing the lyrics in that is really just your brain vainly trying to save your sanity.

LLMs weren’t out of left field. Chatbots have been in development since the '90s at least. Probably even longer. And word prediction has been around at least a decade. People just don’t pay attention until it’s commercially available.

Popular is a strong word for it.

I think first we have to figure out if there is even a difference.

My job just had mandatory training that was an ad for AI services. Not for any service in particular, just AI services in general.

They’re trying to create a world where they no longer have to hire people and can get rid of that final cost barrier to infinite money. It’s delusional, but they really think AI is the key to solving that for them.

There’s more than enough blame to go around. It’s not a zero sum game.
