Instagram has existed for 14 years and 11 months. I think you might be pushing it on the not 15 years.
But more importantly though, Windows XP was supported for 18 years…
So it’s not like it can’t be done.
Fair enough, though modern cameras are much smaller:
The line between smartphone and dumbphone has always been very blurry.
I’ve seen a few devices go by recently trying to capture that use case. Some have looked promising but I still have a Zune.
There is nothing about those that can’t run on KaiOS, which comes with Google maps and runs on most dumb phones on the market today.

Whenever you do something that results in the death of another human there needs to be an investigation. From what I can tell no culpability has been found yet, but there is at least some evidence that this person was being held against their will.
However, lots of European countries treat violence like the US treats porn so this could easily be something similar to the pearl clutching that would happen here if somebody was asphyxiated during a BDSM livestream.
Anybody can download Windows images too. That doesn’t mean the OS is free.
I mean… Corel still looks the same too…
Would you prefer something Microsoft has cooked up recently?
Indeed, the models I have seen have a very short battery life, or check in infrequently, or only check in when movement is detected, or use cell signal triangulation to save battery, etc.
I’ve seen some pretty small GPS trackers with cell modems, I wouldn’t be surprised if these were that instead depending on the price.
Yeah but luckily by the mid 80s it was completely digitized and just there in the basement for reference.
I don’t think that will be enough time…
