oh, yeah, sober still! I know it would be terrible to give in now, given my tendency to fall down the alcohol hole again. For the moment it’s not hard at all, actually, but I often reflect on how badly I would handle the situation if I hadn’t quit drinking.

If you use an LLM as a search engine, same thing.
If you use an LLM as a psychologist, same damn thing.
And the majority of people are using it for those things. It’s just plain stupidity. I’m not saying there’s no use to AI, but right now it’s being used in a terrible way by people that have no use for it at all.
